Shipping Procedure
We work hard to get your item shipped out of our facilities as quickly as we can. Within 2-3 business working days, we aim to process and ship orders.
Our terms of service policy uses the phrase “order dispatched,” which denotes that the product has been checked for quality control, packed, stamped, invoiced, and given to a courier.
The shipping process to send the item to your home address has begun after the courier has picked up the item from our warehouse. Including dispatch time, shipping and delivery periods range from 7 to 15 Shipping-Free Days.
Please be aware that shipping estimates will start the next working day. On non-business days or on public holidays, we don’t ship. Customs delays, weather-related delays, strikes in the air or on the ground, or unforeseen circumstances in general are not our responsibility.

At Chicago Rare Finds, we are committed to delivering your fragrance orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below, you’ll find all the information you need regarding our shipping process.
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your products reach you in a timely manner:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Next Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, with delivery the following business day.
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.
Please allow more time for the processing of your order during busy times and public holidays. During the busiest times of the year or just before important occasions or holidays (like Valentine’s Day), Customs and the Postal Service may also need more time to process and deliver mail.
Due to the fact that we ship the items from several manufacturers’ warehouses, certain items may arrive separately.

Order Processing

⦁ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Rates
⦁ Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination.
⦁ Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping (excluding expedited or international orders).
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the USA. We are working on expanding our international shipping options, and we’ll update you when they become available.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your perfume to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Missing or Damaged Packages

Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or add items to the shipment. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
